Privacy policy

At Mundial Sticks we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect on mundialsticks.com, what we use it for, who we share it with and what rights you have over it, in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326.

1. What data we collect

We only collect the data required to sell and ship our products:

• Data you give us when you buy: name, phone number, email, ID number and shipping address.
• Payment data: processed directly by Mercado Pago or your bank. We do not store card numbers.
• Browsing data: anonymised or pseudonymised pages viewed and events (for example, adding to cart), through cookies and measurement tools.

2. What we use it for

• To process and ship your orders, and to provide after-sales support.
• To contact you about your purchase (via WhatsApp, email or phone).
• To improve the site and measure the performance of our social media ads.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us operate, and only for those purposes:

• Mercado Pago — to process payments.
• Correo Argentino — to manage and dispatch shipments.
• Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — we use its pixel and Conversions API to measure our advertising. Contact data sent for attribution travels hashed and is used for conversion attribution only.
• Supabase — infrastructure where order data is securely stored.
• Google Maps — to display the map of our pickup point.

4. Social media integrations (TikTok and Instagram)

We publish our own content on our official Instagram and TikTok accounts through those platforms' official APIs. The owner of our accounts grants the corresponding authorisation, and we access only:

• Basic profile data of our own account (username, profile picture and the post privacy options available to it), which is required to upload the video with the correct settings.
• Permission to publish videos on that same account, which is ours.

We do not access, collect or store data belonging to other TikTok or Instagram users: not from our followers, and not from people who comment on or watch our videos. Our account data is used solely to publish content; it is never sold or shared with third parties and is never combined with our customers' purchase data. All videos we publish are produced by us. The authorisation can be revoked at any time from each platform's security settings, and our access ends immediately when it is.

5. Cookies

We use first- and third-party cookies so the site works, to remember your cart and to measure advertising performance. You can block or delete them from your browser settings; some features may stop working properly.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as it is needed to fulfil your purchase and to comply with applicable legal and tax obligations. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You may access, rectify, update or request the deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to general@mundialsticks.com. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), the authority enforcing Law No. 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

8. Minors

Our products may appeal to minors (roller hockey players), but purchases must be made by people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of their parents or guardians.
