Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of mundialsticks.com and the purchase of products from Mundial Sticks, a roller hockey stick brand operated by Luciano Ariel Lopez Azeglio, with a point of sale at Av. Ignacio de la Roza 716 Este, San Juan, Argentina. By browsing or buying on the site you accept these terms.

1. Products and availability

We sell roller hockey sticks and accessories. Photos are illustrative; there may be slight colour variations due to lighting or screen. Availability and prices may change without prior notice. If a product is out of stock after your purchase, we contact you to refund the payment or arrange an alternative.

2. Prices and payments

Prices are stated in Argentine pesos (ARS) and include taxes. You can pay by bank transfer (alias mundialpalos), Mercado Pago (credit/debit card, in one payment or instalments) or with cash/card at our store. Card payments may carry a surcharge, which is disclosed before you confirm the purchase. Orders are prepared once the payment clears.

3. Shipping and pickup

We ship nationwide via Correo Argentino (to your address or to a branch). The cost is calculated at checkout based on your location, and delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. You can also pick your order up for free at our point of sale in San Juan, arranged over WhatsApp. Postal timeframes are estimates and do not depend on us alone.

4. Returns and exchanges

Under section 34 of Consumer Protection Law No. 24.240, for distance purchases you may withdraw from the purchase within 10 calendar days of receiving the product, at no cost and without giving a reason, provided it is unused and in its original condition. We also exchange or replace any product that arrives with a manufacturing defect. To arrange it, write to us and we will coordinate the return or replacement.

5. Warranty

Our sticks are warranted against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear from use, breakage from impact, misuse or modifications. If a stick breaks, write to us with photos and we will assess the case.

6. Intellectual property

The Mundial Sticks brand, its logo, and the texts, photos and other content on the site are the property of Mundial Sticks and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. Use of the products is the user's responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection legislation.

8. Personal data

The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Content and social media

We publish content produced by us on our official Instagram and TikTok accounts through those platforms' official APIs, and the use of those accounts is also governed by each social network's own terms. We do not publish third-party content or post to accounts that are not ours, and we do not access other users' data — the details are in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and contact
